What I loved was my soundproof room with light breakfast. Central heating, a safe box and a fridge in the room, marvellous location. The staff were courteous, tried to make the stay the best experience.

Booked it for 2 days and had an excellent experience. The staff was funny, the boxed breakfast was free and the room was non-smoking. The hotel was near the heart of the Charlotte.

i liked hotel's bright lobby. workers where amicable, setting is in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown. moreover, i could explore an indoor arena as it was minutes from the place.

Prime location; early check-in. The place was so close to Charlotte heart of the city. Hairdryer and soft sheets in tidy rooms were awesome. The pool was incredible and I had bottled drinks in the roof top bar...

The property was spotless, featured nice design; I loved it. All staff was IMMENSELY PLEASANT, tackled my issues. The beds were big, I slept well. Had energy drinks in the pool bar.
